Biography

Rick Parris is a retired fire captain and paramedic, and has spent his life‘s work helping people with critical issues. Rick is an Army medic with the 15th evacuation hospital veteran and has been 33 years in emergency services.

Rick Parris strongly supports adequately funding public education healthcare including mental and substance-abuse roads and bridges Public Safety and our veterans. Oklahoma incarcerates more people than anywhere in the world, and he believes that it is time that Oklahoma passes criminal justice reform that is efficient. Rick believes we must change the failed public policies that got Oklahoma into our current crisis.
