This report’s primary purpose is to highlight CAIR’s legal achievements across the nation in the face of significant challenges. CAIR’s legal teams continue to be at the forefront of defending civil rights and pursuing justice for American Muslims, from ridding our workplaces of religious discrimination to challenging discriminatory government policies to ensuring the right of incarcerees to practice their faith.
This report provides a comprehensive reflection of CAIR’s diverse legal achievements in 2019 and 2020. Our work inside and outside the courtroom does not end here. We will continue to fight for families whose civil rights are at stake and advocate for communities who are most vulnerable.
