Dental Checkup, Assistance, and Flouride Test
After multiple visits with the resettled Afghan community residing in OKC, it came to our attention that the dental crisis amongst the community was an acute crisis. Due to the financial challenges, time sensitive issues, and transportation challenges, many of the members in the Afghan community were deprived of much needed checkups and treatments.
CAIR Oklahoma partnered with NSO dental services and SPERO to take a mobile dental clinic to the community.
During this visit the members of the community were provided with free checkups, fluoride tesst and were also scheduled for their next line of treatments. 56 clients were assisted during this visit.
