Biography

Married 43 years to his high school sweetheart, Colonel Hale and his wife, Jennifer, live in west Edmond. They have three daughters and nine grandchildren.

Colonel Hale is a retired 28-year Air Force veteran. He flew mainly with Special Operations and had combat missions from Grenada to Iraq/Afghanistan.

In 2020, he was inducted into the Air Commando Hall of Fame (Air Force Special Operations).
After his military service, Colonel Hale served as the Cabinet Secretary for Veterans Services for the last GOP governor in New Mexico, Susanna Martinez. This experience ensures that Col. Hale is job ready on Day 1!

After military service, Colonel Hale was ordained as a pastor and earned a master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. He now attends Faith Bible Church. He is also the regional director of a para-church ministry to military officers and families.

Colonel Hale served as an Instructor at the U.S. Air Force Academy, one of America’s finest public colleges. As a Cabinet Secretary, Colonel Hale was named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Veteran Small Business Advocate of the Year. He’s also advised several startup aerospace companies.

Priorities:

  • Immigration: I will support strong enforcement of our immigration laws at the state level and oppose taxpayer paid benefits to illegals.
  • Pro-life: Now that the Supreme Court has reversed Roe v. Wade, we must elect conservatives at the state level who will defend life. I’ll support traditional, Christian values like the right to life.
  • Schools: As a former college instructor, I want to strengthen the teaching profession by increasing pay and improving the teacher pipeline. We also must ensure curriculum aligns with producing college and career ready students.
  • Supporting Small Business: Small businesses and entrepreneurs are the engines that drive our local economy. High taxes and unreasonable regulations are job killers. I’ll stand up for workers and job creators.
  • Second Amendment: The Second Amendment is a critical Constitutional right. I’ll always fight to protect your God-given rights.
  • Law and Order: Liberals who support policies like defunding police, ending cash bail, and refusing to prosecute crimes have unleashed a crime wave across our country. I’ll oppose these policies and support our police to keep our community safe.
