Biography

Richard does not appear to have a candidate website currently. His personal Facebook page lists involvement in the United States Marine Corps, American Legion/VFW, and is a Vietnam Veteran.

He has previously run for offices in Oklahoma and was a previous chair of the Oklahoma Libertarian Party.
