Michael Baughman

Biography

Michael Baughman was born and raised in Oklahoma. As a lifetime Republican, Michael knows what it takes to work hard and work to make the change that he wants to see in his community. While working at the Boys And Girls Club Of America, Michael had the unique perspective of listening to kids grades 6-12 on how the education system should have mandatory life skills classes like cooking, how to find a part time job and how to do taxes. Michael also has a great respect for grit and hard work as well as the oil and gas industry growing up hearing stories of his dad going into oil tankers to ripping out rusty rivets from them.

Michael has always had a business mindset growing up, like his mother who started her own real-estate business, he followed in her footsteps selling baked goods in college as a side hustle to make extra money. He believes that we must fight to protect the life of the unborn in this state. He is 100% pro-guns and will fight to ensure that you continue to have the right to protect your family and your individual liberty.He is a strong advocate against Critical Race Theory, a plague that is finding its way into our school systems. He believes that under no circumstances should any child be taught to hate themselves because of the color of their skin. Michael will fight to for you, your rights, and your child’s right to a safe learning environment!
