Biography

Marty Quinn is proud to serve the people of Oklahoma. Embarking on this campaign for Congress, his unique and varied experiences have prepared him to fight for our shared, common-sense conservative values, especially in times like these.

Marty and his family are longtime members of the Claremore community. Born in Arkansas, Marty moved from Kentucky to Oklahoma in 1995. For over 25 years, Marty has made Claremore and Northeast Oklahoma his home and served the community in the insurance industry.

Marty’s work ethic developed quickly on the family cattle and poultry farm and restaurant in southwest Arkansas. These early experiences served him well in his 39 years as an insurance professional, cattle rancher, and property manager. Marty’s diverse background has uniquely prepared him to be a conservative voice for all the people of Congressional District 2.

As an active community leader, Marty understands the value of service. He was first elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2010 and has served in the State Senate since 2014. For his effectiveness, Marty was elected to serve his Republican colleagues in Senate Leadership, giving his constituents a strong conservative voice in the Senate.

Marty is a proven conservative with a strong record for reforming government. He is 100% pro-life and pro-2nd Amendment. He has been named a champion for Oklahoma’s jobs and economy by the business community and has a long record of defending the state’s agriculture and energy production against Biden’s lawless, federal overreach.

He has been recognized amongst his peers for his conservative pro-business policies and was named the 2030 Plan Visionary Legislator of the Year and has an A+ rating from the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association. Additionally, he is the Oklahoma State Chairman for the National Association of Christian Lawmakers.

He and his wife, Kelley, live in Claremore and have two adult children, Lynsay and Tyler. Marty is a deacon at Blue Starr Church of Christ and is committed to his faith, which he uses as a foundation for his day-to-day decisions.

Marty is committed to continue challenging the status quo and will put his years of business and legislative experience to work on day one on behalf of hard working Oklahomans.
