Biography

Kristen Thompson is invested in helping her community grow and prosper. A lifelong conservative, she understands that hard work and opportunity are the perfect combination to build the American dream. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma and has since created several businesses in the commercial construction and hospitality industry with her husband Bryce. Their businesses have created almost 175 high-quality jobs for their fellow Oklahomans.

Kristen believes in investing in her community with time and service. She has volunteered in her childrens’ schools in various ways for years, such as a school bond committee and a marquee sign fundraising campaign. She and her family have been a part of Frontline Church since 2012, where they led a community group for three years and were able to be a part of the Edmond campus launch. She enjoys serving on the Visit Edmond Tourism Advisory Board as the Mayor appointed Member-At-Large, representing the restaurant industry. She also volunteers on the youth sports subcommittee for Visit Edmond, helping to identify opportunities to grow and attract youth sports to Edmond. “People Over Projects” is the philosophy of every business Kristen and her husband own. She is committed to maintaining and fostering that same ideology while serving in the state legislature to ensure your voice is heard.

Living in Edmond, Kristen is married to her high school sweetheart Bryce, and together they have 3 children: Brice (11) and Graham (10) who attend Deer Creek Public Schools; and Brooks (4) who attends Holy Trinity Lutheran School in Edmond.
