Dick Lowe

Biography

A graduate of Ninnekah High School, Dick Lowe grew up kicking dirt down country roads. He was a national proficiency winner in FFA. He earned a degree in Animal Science from OSU and along the way was a part of a national championship livestock judging team.

Ever since, he’s spent a lifetime helping rural Oklahoma as a cattle rancher and ag teacher. He believes in our land. He believes in equipping our young people with the career skills they need to succeed. At Canadian Valley Technology Center, where he works, Dick is on the forefront of growing our economy by assisting farms and small businesses.

Dick Lowe is a man of family and faith who lives our conservative values. He teaches Sunday School at First Baptist Church in Amber. He’s pro life. He’s a strong supporter of the Second Amendment.

When he’s not working or tending to his livestock, you’ll find Dick with Judy, his wife of 39 years. They have three adult sons, Brendon, Colin and Denton, and are loving grandparents to three grandbabies.

Dick likes to say that rural Oklahoma is “made up of common people with common sense who work uncommonly hard.” State government could use more of that.
