Biography

Clay is a graduate of Skiatook High School. After High School, he attended Oklahoma University where he played football and received a degree in Education. He has taught high school science at Tulsa Memorial High School and Hickman Hills High School. In 2002, Clay joined the family ministry. He would go on to start his first business, the Leadership Initiative.
