Biography

Chuck Threadgill was born at Perran Field Air Force Base in Texas and grew up in Prattville Oklahoma just outside of Sand Springs where is father worked as a school teacher for 30 years.

Chuck attended Charles Page High School and planned to attend college at The University of Tulsa when he received his draft notice. He served in the US Army with 13 months spent in South Vietnam. After faithfully serving his country he had a successful career spanning 29 years working as an engineer for Southwestern Bell Telephone.
He is a father of one daughter and has been blessed with a wonderful granddaughter. Chuck frequently volunteers at his granddaughter’s elementary school and has been coaching her soccer team for the last five years.
In 2012, Chuck founded the non-profit organization Clean Up Our Creeks, Inc. to create awareness of the deplorable conditions of Oklahoma’s creeks, streams, rivers and lakes. Chuck is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and cares a great deal for his country, state and community. He works hard to ensure his community is safe and it’s citizens are well represented which is why he is running for Oklahoma House District 30 in 2020.
