Biography

Bobby has been married to his wife, Lahoma, for 32 years. Together they have two children and three grandchildren. Their families have lived in Oklahoma since before statehood. Bobbu was born in Tulsa and graduated from Morris High School in Okmulgee County. He attended Oklahoma State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Indian Law from the University of Tulsa. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1980. In 2016, he was presented the NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award. The award recognizes Eagle Scouts who have brought great honor to the highest rank of the Boy Scouts of America through their personal and professional contributions as the local, state and regional level.

As a successful business leader, he has served in a variety of positions. From budget director to CEO of two different corporations, he understands the importance of balancing budgets. He has always believed that bigger isn’t necessarily better. That’s why he has lowered operating budgets while increasing services and maintaining the number of staff. The citizens of Tulsa, Creek and Okmulgee Counties deserve a State Representative that will work for them, not their own self-interest. Bobby promises that he will work tirelessly to improve the lives of every Oklahoman.
