(OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, 8/22/12) –- Throughout August and September, the Oklahoma chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-OK) will host “Voice Your Vote” Muslim voter registration drives across the state. The Voice Your Vote campaign is designed to provide Oklahoma Muslims with the tools needed to become more aware, engaged and represented in the political process.

As part of Voice Your Vote, CAIR-OK has released a guide to voting in Oklahoma. This guide includes information on when and where to vote, contacting local Republican and Democratic parties, and what to bring on Election Day.

* September 7: Islamic Society of Tulsa, 4630 S. Irvington Ave., Tulsa, OK 74135
* September 14: Islamic Society of Stillwater, 616 N. Washington St., Stillwater, OK 74075
* September 21: Islamic Society of Edmond, 525 N. University Dr., Edmond, OK 73034
