Lamis Ben Aiyad is a peace and conflict analyst and researcher. She is a young professional who is passionate about peacebuilding and women empowerment. She has more than five years of firsthand experience working with international and local development organizations. She works on deepening and expanding the role of young people and women in peace processes, intersected identities in conflict-affected environments, and minority rights. Her work on indigenous communities’ rights and inclusion was featured by the Peace Corner Podcast [Interview].
