Akbar Ali is a senior going to Mercy School Institute. He goes to UCO for concurrent, which is a program that lets him take college classes while being a high school student. He likes to talk and give speeches, a few of them are religious speeches called “Khutbah” and “Khatera”. Akbar also participated in a “Mock Trials”, in which he and his team were the prosecutions. He learned an abundance regarding Law, and now he has a keen interest in it. Aside from his classes and extracurricular activities, Akbar likes to play sports. He recently played in a tennis tournament and he will play in another tournament in a few months. Akbar brings diversity and energy to the intern program, he hopes that he can make a positive change to CAIR and to the world.
