Dean Martin

Biography

Dean Martin is a lifelong Tulsa Republican, dedicated man of faith, family man, and businessman with a servant’s heart. He’s lived in Tulsa County and has been deeply involved with business interests, nonprofits, schools, and the Tulsa community since 1963. He attended Tulsa Public Schools, graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1972, and earned a degree from Oklahoma State University in 1977.

Most of Martin’s career has been in sales and business management, but he’s always had an entrepreneurial drive. He and his family have started multiple small companies. Notably, the company he founded thirteen years ago, headquartered in Tulsa, is called Martin Pressure Systems International, LLC (MPSI). Since then, the company has accelerated and is doing business in more than fifteen states.

Dean is also a founding member and deacon of Crossroads Church in Bixby. He’s spent much of his life serving in missions. Recently, he returned from Uganda, Africa, where he and fellow Church members dedicated a new church, held a pastor’s conference, and organized a medical clinic for the native people outside of Masaka, Uganda. He and his wife, Tricia – a retired math teacher in the Tulsa Public School system, have five children together and thirteen grandchildren. Tricia taught for twenty-plus years at Wilson Middle School and five years at Will Rogers High School. In their spare time, the Martins enjoy spending time with their family, attending school events, golfing, and, interestingly – flying airplanes. Both Dean and Tricia are licensed private pilots.
