How do I know if I am the victim of discrimination? What should I do?
File a discrimination report on CAIR Oklahoma’s website. Keep a detailed journal of the incident and create a list of witnesses and offending parties. If the discrimination is continuous, keep a record of all relevant e-mails, voice messages, and photographs. The line between what constitutes discrimination and what does not is often blurred, so it is important to report the incident to CAIR-Oklahoma’s civil rights department. Remember: CAIR-OK is dedicated to your confidentiality and will never share facts from your case without your permission.
